Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software architecture, C#, and multi-threading.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of core components, providing technical guidance to other development teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop core software components primarily based on C# and other Microsoft related technologies.
  • Provide in-depth application technical support to other development groups for the Strategic Management system.
  • Familiarize with the applications, tools, feeds, databases, and batch files etc. that are being developed by the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • .NET development server side programming experience
  • Strong C# skills with multi-threading and excellent design skills
  • Multi-threading and asynchronous messaging workflows experience
  • Good experience with Web services, SOA, and N-tier systems
  • Good database skills with multiple RDBMS systems (primarily Oracle and/or SQL Server)
  • Ability to understand specifications, confident to push back on unclear requirements
  • Experience with the SDLC process, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with OLAP Cube data structure (primarily Microsoft Analysis Services)
  • Project life cycle experience: delivery on at least 1 large scale, highly complex project
