Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT risk management professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day risk advisory tasks related to information technology, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing strategic guidance on IT risk management.

This includes identifying, assessing, and managing IT-related risks including cybersecurity, data privacy, system failures, and technology compliance risks. Developing and implementing risk management frameworks and strategies for clients to mitigate IT risks is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies. They will also monitor IT systems and processes for risk indicators and potential threats.

In addition, the successful candidate will advise clients on IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategies and provide guidance on the design and implementation of IT controls and best practices.

They will collaborate with clients to develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans and ensure that they comply with relevant regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX, and other industry-specific standards.

The role also involves conducting IT risk audits and reviews, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements in the organization's risk management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT risk management, IT audit, or advisory roles
  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
