We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team.

Job Description
  • Corporate Governance: Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder resolutions and corporate filings. Our team is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant financial services regulations, data protection laws and industry-specific rules.
  • Contract Review & Negotiation: Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, partnership agreements, licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial services regulations, data protection laws and industry-specific rules. Support the team in responding to regulatory inquiries and audits.
  • M&A & Investments: Assist in due diligence and legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and investment transactions.
  • Risk Management: Identify and advise on potential legal risks, liabilities and exposures associated with our operations, products and services.
  • Litigation Support: Provide support in dispute resolution, including managing external counsel and developing strategies to address legal challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification: LLB/LLM or relevant degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior banking experience is mandatory.

Location: Islamabad, Pakistan. Salary will be paid in Pakistani Rupees.
