Senior DevOps Engineer - System Operations Specialist

  • As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain systems that drive our communication solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, configuring products to meet functional requirements, troubleshooting issues impacting integration and operations, and ensuring high availability of products and platforms 24x7x365.

  • You will work closely with software developers, system operators, and other engineers to ensure seamless code releases. Additionally, you will write and deploy scripts in different environments to automate day-to-day operations, participate in on-call rotation, and maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

  • Your extensive experience working with offshore teams and network partners will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline code releases

  • Configuring products to meet functional requirements

  • Troubleshooting issues impacting integration and operations

  • Ensuring high availability of products and platforms

  • Automating day-to-day operations using scripts

  • Maintaining servers' configuration and infrastructure documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of technical experience in a Professional Services/Enterprise DevOps role

  • Strong technical skills in multiple areas, including infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), configuration management (Ansible), programming language (Python), logging system (Elastic Stack), CI/CD (DroneCI, Argo CD), and network protocols and standards

  • Ability to interface with offshore teams daily

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field

  • Fluent English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills

  • Strong sense of ownership, critical thinking, and ability to drive DevOps mindset initiatives
