Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences through a blend of research, strategy, iterative design, and high-fidelity visual design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop high-fidelity designs, layouts, typography, color schemes, and interactive elements.
  • User Research: Conduct user research such as surveys and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors, and inform design decisions.
  • Design Strategy: Develop user personas, storyboards, mockups, user flows, wireframes, sitemaps, design architecture, and prototypes to address user needs and project requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
  • Testing and Iteration: Lead usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of design processes, user research findings, and design rationale.
