Order Management

Process and manage incoming orders efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry and timely dispatch of services.

Customer Interaction

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on order status.

Coordination

Liaise between sales teams, dispatch personnel, and customers to ensure smooth and effective communication.

Sales Support

Assist in identifying sales opportunities, upselling services, and supporting sales initiatives through dispatch operations.

Tracking and Reporting

Monitor and track dispatch performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Problem Resolution
