Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Posting job openings on relevant platforms and engaging with potential hires.
  • Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Maintaining a database of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
