We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our business centre, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the centre, ensuring that all logistical aspects are in place for customers and staff alike.
  2. As a Community Sales Manager, you will play a key role in promoting the centre to attract new customers and demonstrate the value of flexible workspace.
  3. You will work closely with your team to create a great working environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Coordinate the move-in process for large companies taking whole floors, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  5. Assist walk-in visitors interested in coworking memberships, providing tours and explaining benefits.
  6. Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers and regional staff.
  7. Conduct regular walks around the building, engaging with members and checking on their experience.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, ideally with hospitality or event industry experience. You should also be an excellent multitasker, proactive in resolving issues, and able to motivate a team.
