Are you a skilled CRM expert looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We're seeking a part-time Go High Level CRM Automation Professional to join our marketing team. In this 20-hour per week position, you'll have the opportunity to set up, optimize, and manage CRM systems and automations to support both internal and client operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crm Configuration: Configure Go High Level CRM accounts to meet business requirements.
  • Automation Design: Design and implement automated workflows, funnels, and campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure CRM processes align with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • System Updates: Stay up-to-date with GHL feature updates and suggest improvements to enhance system efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
  • Crm Expertise: 2-4+ years of hands-on experience with Go High Level, with expertise in CRM setup, funnel design, and campaign execution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with GHL workflows, triggers, and integrations (Zapier, Meta, Google), and familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for funnel optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Bonus Skills:
  • Conversation Automation: Experience with AI bots, chatbots, or conversational automation tools.
  • SaaS Platforms: Familiarity with SaaS platforms or agency operations.
