As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations activities and leading the HR Ops team. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR systems, policies, and compliance processes, while continuously improving operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily HR operations for all entities, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and HRIS management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS), supporting data integrity, reporting, and user assistance.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and resolving conflicts while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Oversee and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, exit formalities, and compliance protocols.
  • Administer EOBI and Social Security processes, including employee registrations, compliance filings, and liaison with government departments.
  • Manage health and life insurance coverage, claims processing, provider coordination, and employee support services.
  • Draft and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and policy announcements.
  • Prepare and present strategic HR reports, including workforce analytics, payroll summaries, attrition, and compliance updates.

This role requires a strong command over HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, EOBI, Social Security, and HR compliance practices is also essential.
