Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative and Financial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the administrative and financial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day office activities and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • To handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • To develop and implement effective administrative and financial processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong command of MS Office and excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to have a good understanding of financial management principles and practices.
