Financial Management Expertise

We seek a seasoned finance professional to oversee our Lahore office's financial operations. The ideal candidate holds a professional degree, such as CA, or a Master's with at least 6-8 years of experience in finance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cash flow management strategies to ensure sufficient funds for ongoing operations and capital investments.
  • Mitigate interest rate and foreign exchange risks through strategic hedging techniques.
  • Nurture and develop strong banking relationships to support the organization's financial goals.
  • Contribute to determining the company's optimal capital structure by analyzing financial data and market trends.
  • Solicit equity and debt financing opportunities to support business growth.
  • Manage investments effectively to maximize returns and minimize risk.
  • Recommend dividend issuances based on historical patterns and expected cash flows.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Cash flow position forecasting accuracy.
  • Interest rate and foreign exchange risk mitigation success.
  • Banking relationship development and maintenance.
  • Capital structure optimization recommendations.
  • Equity and debt financing solicitation success.
  • Investment returns and risk management.
  • Dividend issuance recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills, including:

  • Professional degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
