Seeking a Project Director to lead a team of software developers in Islamabad, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure project scope, schedule, effort, risk, and cost are well understood and managed daily.
  • Mitigate issues and risks in a timely manner to optimize operational and financial resources.
  • Capture all project metrics and track deviations, applying corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage multiple teams, guiding and providing solutions to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Forecast team utilization and monitor task completion to ensure efficiency.
  • Review performance on an ongoing basis and identify training needs for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, WCF, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, XML.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0, 4.5, SharePoint 2010.
