Job Description:
  1. Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring the successful execution of development projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  3. Develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end systems to support business operations.
  4. Design, build, and deploy APIs, microservices, and EHR.
  5. Ensure the consistency and reliability of software performance, and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  6. Review and enforce coding best practices, and promote clean and efficient code.
  7. Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
  8. Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and medical billing industry trends.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. 8-10 years of work experience required, preferably in a medical billing company.
  2. Experience required in developing enterprise medical billing software.
  3. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, Team Lead, or similar role.
  4. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management.
