Job Description

The role of a Sales Order Processing Manager is crucial in ensuring the efficient handling of sales orders from initiation to completion.

This position involves close coordination with sales, finance, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, inventory management, and billing processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the processing of customer orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately into the system and processed in a timely manner.

  • Sales Order Management:
  • Review and validate sales orders to ensure compliance with company policies, terms, and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the efficient handling of sales orders from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory management, logistics, and finance teams to ensure all aspects of order fulfillment are aligned.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt order processing, maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales order processing, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in the telecom or related industry.
  • Proficiency in order management systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
