Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Brand Manager to drive our brand development initiatives, strengthen our presence in international markets, and lead strategic positioning. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and a strong understanding of global branding principles in the B2B IT and Accounting sectors.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and international market positioning (US, Canada, Europe). They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical skills to interpret market data and brand performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and international market positioning (US, Canada, Europe).
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, marketing collateral, proposals, and client communications.
  3. Conduct market research to understand international client perceptions, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in IT, SaaS, and accounting consulting.
  4. Manage the creation of compelling brand assets, content (e.g., whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership), and campaigns that resonate with B2B international audiences.
  5. Oversee digital branding efforts, including website content, social media presence, and online reputation management.
  6. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and service delivery teams to integrate brand strategy into all client-facing activities.
  7. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  8. Manage agency relationships for PR, creative, or digital marketing as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the B2B SaaS, IT, or professional services sector.
  3. Demonstrated understanding of branding for consulting services and technology-driven solutions.
  4. Proven ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies for international markets (specifically US, Canada, Europe).
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and brand performance metrics.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional international environment.
