Job Title: System Maintenance Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of Field Instrumentation Systems as per Process requirements.
The ideal candidate will have up to 08 years' experience in performing jobs on DCS (Distributed Control System), ESD (Emergency Shutdown System), PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and should have hands-on experience on the Yokogawa DCS Centum-VP and Honeywell DCS Experion-PKS.
You will also be responsible for ensuring timely completion of Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Shutdown, and Turnaround Maintenance activities, and for providing field instrumentation-related maintenance inputs on Modification / Engineering Packages, Contractor Scope of Works, and Technical Evaluations.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for ensuring the availability of Field Instrumentation Systems as per Process requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Shutdown, and Turnaround Maintenance activities.
- Provide field instrumentation-related maintenance inputs on Modification / Engineering Packages, Contractor Scope of Works, and Technical Evaluations.
- Responsible for managing Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of Control Systems installed in the Refinery.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in control systems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure minimal downtime.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
- Practical Experience on maintenance of Instrumentation and Automation System in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or related industries.
- Familiarization with HSEQ Standards / Work Practices in a Fuel Oil Refinery / Petrochemical Plants.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including statistical skills.
