The Sales Operations Specialist role at 7Vals is a dynamic position that requires a unique blend of analytical and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:Sales Process Improvement- Evaluate and streamline end-to-end sales processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in sales workflows.
- Develop best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Analyze sales performance using data analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Create comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Identify trends, sales patterns, and opportunities for sales team optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and challenges.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance on tools and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence.
- Develop sales forecasts and revenue projections with the sales leadership.
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation to support sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align strategies and goals.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between sales and other teams.
- Proven experience in sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems (Hubspot an advantage).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience, including managing a team of professionals.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various departments.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
