Job Title:

A Sales Optimization Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives in real-time to optimize sales performance.
  • Daily Sales Optimization: Introduce necessary interventions to maximize sales, such as Product of the Day promotions.
  • Channel-Wise Target Achievement: Ensure channel-wise targets for GT, LMT, and IMT are met and exceeded through strategic planning.
  • SKU/Call and Effective Route Coverage: Guarantee SKU/Call and Effective Route Coverage across all channels to increase sales efficiency.
  • Daily Sales Productivity Improvement: Analyze and optimize daily sales productivity to enhance overall sales figures.
  • Market Penetration: Drive aggressive penetration throughout the entire coverage universe to expand market share.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
