Job Role Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the marketing planning and execution process. We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Assistant Manager to assist in the development of strategic marketing plans, budgeting, and campaign designing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of documentaries, animations, and viral ads.
  • Identify opportunities and conceptualize promotional campaigns to increase awareness, create buzz for visibility, brand building, and image enhancement.
  • Ensure implementation of brand guidelines, theme designing, copywriting, content writing, proofreading & preparation of printing & promotional material.
  • Prepare and release print, electronic, and digital advertisements by working with advertising agencies and design houses / graphic designers.
  • Assist in preparation of media plans, develop media partnerships, acquisition, and negotiation of rates with media and advertising agencies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in training, developing, supervising, and appraising personnel.
  • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations, and negotiating with media.
