Chief Technology Strategist

We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to spearhead our innovation roadmap, product commercialization efforts, and technology strategy. As Chief Technology Strategist, you will have a pivotal role in aligning technology with business objectives, fostering innovation, and building high-performance engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's technology vision, innovation strategy, and product development roadmap.
  • Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
  • Drive AI/ML adoption across products and services to enhance business value.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from ideation to launch, commercialization, and scaling.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Development teams to ensure successful product-market fit.
  • Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional engineering and R&D teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices for software development, DevOps, and agile methodologies.
  • Ensure robust technology infrastructure, security, and compliance across all digital platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resource planning.
  • Establish KPIs to measure technology and product performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: BS in Computer Science / Software Engineering (MS preferred).
  • Experience: 10–12 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in managing software development teams.
  • Proven track record of leading AI/ML-driven projects, product development, and commercialization.
  • Strong programming background in Python and familiarity with modern frameworks and cloud ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and scaling applications on AWS.
  • Proficiency with core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
  • Experience in cloud-native architecture design including serverless applications and containerization.
  • Skilled in setting up CI/CD pipelines on AWS for automated deployment.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation for security, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
  • Ability to optimize cloud usage for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling software products within a software house or tech company environment.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, data pipelines, and enterprise solutions.
