We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to manage on-site operations across our renovation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, maintain high standards of quality, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Clear goal setting and milestone tracking for timely project completion.
  • Regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
  • Supervision and coordination of vendor teams and subcontractors for proper execution.
  • Education of workers on construction standards, site safety, and company procedures.
  • Task interpretation and execution according to blueprints, layout plans, and design drawings.
  • Accurate daily logs of work progress, issues, and material usage.
  • Timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid site delays.
  • Identification and resolution of on-site issues through collaboration with the design and management team.
  • Cleanliness, worker safety, and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Liaison with clients or designers as needed to communicate site progress or concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Intermediate qualification (Higher Secondary Certificate).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Practical knowledge of construction materials and finishing work is a plus.
