Project Coordinator Opportunity

A seasoned project coordinator is needed to oversee enterprise-level projects from initiation to closure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate project planning, reviews, demos, and meetings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage resource allocation, adjusting plans according to emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges.
  • Maintain up-to-date project management documentation, reports, and plans to ensure relevance, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team, ensuring adherence to quality standards during project implementation.
  • Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with departments to provide support, including facilitation, tracking, reporting on projects, and training.
  • Collaborate with R&D, EA, IT, and operations teams to ensure coordination of interfaces.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Microsoft tools such as MS Project, Project Server, MS Office.
  • Ability to comprehend technical issues at a high level.
  • Highly motivated individual capable of grasping complex software and learning quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
