We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. This role requires collaboration across marketing, technology, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives, campaigns, and platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, Coordinate, and Oversee E-Commerce Projects
  • Define Project Scope, Goals, Timelines, Deliverables, and Resource Allocation
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Ensure E-Commerce Projects Are Delivered On Time, Within Scope, and Within Budget
  • Identify Project Risks and Issues Early; Manage Mitigation and Resolution Strategies
  • Use Tools Like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com for Project Tracking and Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs Such as Conversion Rate, Site Performance, and Customer Feedback During and After Project Execution
  • Manage Vendor Relationships Related to E-Commerce Technology
  • Support Ongoing Optimization of the Online Shopping Experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a Related Field
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Project Management, Preferably in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
  • Strong Understanding of E-Commerce Platforms
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools and Methodologies
  • Excellent Organizational, Communication, and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Analytical Mindset with Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills
