We are currently seeking a skilled Home Improvement Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for assessing homeowner needs and providing personalized recommendations for home improvements or services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong consultative selling abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. In addition, they should have knowledge of local housing regulations and permits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Develop and present customized quotes or proposals to clients, highlighting product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.

  • Educate clients on product details, including energy-saving upgrades, security systems, remodeling services, and smart home products.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and follow-up, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Strong consultative selling skills are necessary to succeed in this role.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills are required.

  • A valid driver's license may be necessary depending on the job requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or a similar discipline.

  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies, including solar energy, HVAC, security systems, and smart home technology.

  • Bilingual capabilities are highly valued.
