We are seeking a skilled Video Editor specializing in motion graphics to create engaging real estate promotional videos.
This large-scale project involves producing 700-800 high-quality, visually appealing motion graphic videos. Each video will be crafted using provided scripts, voiceovers, images, and animations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in motion graphics & video editing, as well as proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will edit and produce high-quality real estate motion graphic videos using animations, transitions, text overlays, and stock images to enhance visuals. They will sync voiceovers with on-screen visuals for a smooth viewing experience and ensure consistency in branding, style, and quality across all videos. Delivering videos in the required format and resolution is also essential.
Requirements:
A strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling is crucial for this role. The candidate must have the ability to work with provided scripts, audio, and images. A reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines are also necessary requirements. Experience in real estate or property video editing is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of kinetic typography, infographics, and dynamic animations can be beneficial for this position. The ideal candidate will be able to suggest creative improvements while adhering to guidelines.
