Job Description

Reckitt seeks a dedicated professional to lead and manage large-scale production processes, driving efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manufacturing operations with a focus on driving performance and efficiency.
  • Lead a team of professionals in managing production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing large manufacturing operations, with expertise in driving performance and efficiency.
  • Natural leadership skills with a history of inspiring teams and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make swift decisions.
  • Working knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
