About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead and innovate within our manufacturing operations. You will manage and inspire a vibrant team, transforming large-scale production processes. Your role involves managing, mentoring, and excelling in a dynamic environment. Collaborate with a talented team committed to producing top-quality products that make a difference.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage large manufacturing operations, focusing on performance and efficiency.
  • Lead teams with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
  • Communicate effectively, solve problems, and make swift decisions.
  • Understand production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
The experience we're looking for
  • Experience managing large manufacturing operations with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Proven leadership in inspiring teams, with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of production logistics, supply management, and contract negotiation.
