About the Role

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling property units and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will act as the face of the organization, ensuring that clients have a positive interaction with our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Brief clients on relevant property units, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Deliver demonstrations, conduct site visits, and facilitate timely closure of deals.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving needs and preferences.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
  • Meet daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for calls and meetings.
  • Generate leads and sales opportunities, and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of experience in sales.
  • Location: Islamabad.
  • Qualification: Graduation/Masters or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
  • Presentation and sales pitch development skills.
  • Meeting preparation and presentation skills.
  • Rapport building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to rise to challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
