Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, while also contributing to the strategic development of our Gen AI and Web 3.0 ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and converting them into clear, actionable tasks for development teams.

This role involves taking ownership of the strategy and design of high-impact features aimed at enhancing developer experience, driving product adoption, and contributing to revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Market Analysis: Proven ability to conduct and synthesize market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis to inform product direction and positioning.
  • Business Documentation: Expertise in creating high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Process Flows, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data to support decision-making.
  • Product Modeling: Proficient in using tools like , or Microsoft Visio to model workflows, use cases, and system interactions.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user journeys, pain points, and usability principles to guide product design and enhancements.
Responsibilities
  1. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  2. Define and own the product vision, goals, and roadmap for Gen AI/Web 3.0 offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Stay current with advancements in Generative AI, Blockchain, and Web 3.0 technologies to inform product direction and maintain a competitive edge.
  4. Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and secondary research.
  5. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, wireframes, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
  6. Support agile sprint cycles by working closely with development and QA teams to ensure feature delivery meets defined requirements.
  7. Serve as the voice of the customer and business during product development, ensuring usability and quality standards are upheld.
