We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Executive to assist with day-to-day finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in finance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle client queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Respond to financial queries from clients via email or virtual meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely communication with clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support the finance team in audits, budgeting, and forecasting activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and internal efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance-related role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and tools (Excel, accounting software, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
