Academic Registrar

Quality Enhancement Cell:

• We assist the QEC in ensuring that Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) are prepared by academic programs and relevant departments according to Higher Education Commission (HEC) requirements and guidelines.
• We contribute to the University Portfolio Report (UPR) for accreditation purposes.
• We coordinate audit visits by HEC, Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), and other accreditation bodies.
• We support academic programs as needed for accreditation processes.
• We help the institution meet programmatic and institutional accreditation standards at both national and international levels, including preparation, reporting, and compliance for accreditation (regional and international).
• We prepare reports and documentation for accreditation applications, including collecting and compiling necessary information.
• We coordinate with stakeholders involved in university accreditation activities.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an AM Registrar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
