Remote Solar Sales Professional
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Remote Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to introduce our solar products and services to potential customers.
  2. Customer Interaction: Interact with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and answering their questions.
  4. Lead Qualification and Appointment Setting: Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  5. CRM Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  6. Tactical Partnership: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  7. Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry or a similar field (a plus).
  3. Motivation and Adaptability: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  4. Rejection Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  5. Software Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Time Zone Flexibility: Flexible working hours to accommodate various time zones.
