Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled CAD designer to create detailed drawings and models using Auto-CAD software.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • This role requires the ability to prepare and present project plans, designs, and specifications to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detailed site visits will be conducted to oversee construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to create 3D visualizations and views to facilitate client understanding and engagement.
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, the CAD designer will perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Medical Director, focusing on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

A strong and presentable personality is essential for success in this role. Additionally, knowledge of materials used in civil and interior works is crucial for delivering high-quality projects.
