Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented CAD Engineer to join our team. As a CAD Engineer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of mechanical components and systems using CAD software. You will also collaborate with the design team to optimize mechanical designs based on CFD analysis results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD software. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. 3D Modeling: Develop and modify 3D CAD models of mechanical components and systems for use in CFD simulations.
  2. Design Optimization: Collaborate closely with the design team to optimize mechanical designs based on CFD analysis results.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product development, and manufacturing, to ensure designs meet all necessary requirements.

Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3 years of experience in mechanical design and CFD analysis, preferably in a relevant industry such as automotive, aerospace, energy, or HVAC.
  3. Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX) and CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL, Star-CCM+, OpenFOAM).
  4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex simulation results.
