Executive Director of Brand Management

This prestigious role involves developing and executing brand strategies in a growing market. Directly reporting to the headquarters office and CEO, you will be responsible for localizing global brand strategies, selecting media resources, and managing brand activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with HQ objectives.
  2. Select optimal media, celebrity, and co-branding resources to implement brand strategies.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to establish department structures and processes.
  4. Maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, including media and business partners.
  5. Oversee the execution of all brand activities, ensuring alignment with ATL and BTL goals.
  6. Localize visual and PR materials provided by HQ, offering key insights and advice to relevant colleagues.
  7. Lead and mentor a team as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Necessary Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, journalism, or related fields; international education is an asset.

Linguistic Proficiency:
Native speaker; fluency in Mandarin or English is mandatory.

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in marketing/branding, preferably in an MNC environment.

Communication Skills:
Effective communication skills for cross-cultural and cross-departmental collaboration.

Perspectives and Knowledge:
Strong understanding of local media, creativity, and brand activation principles.

Able to travel worldwide for business purposes and willing to work in Karachi or Lahore (dependent on company requirements).
