Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer Job

We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant and Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing product listings, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize product listings across various platforms, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and more.
  • Create and edit high-quality product images, content, and promotional graphics using graphic design tools.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback professionally, providing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, staying updated on policies and ensuring compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or similar role, with strong knowledge of seller accounts and FBA.
  • Proficiency in product listing optimization, graphic design tools, and experience designing product images, infographics, and content.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
