Product Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to oversee and optimize our product portfolio on Amazon.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end product operations — from listing creation and optimization to advertising strategies, inventory management, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement Amazon marketplace strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images) to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Amazon PPC Campaign Management: Plan and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to achieve ROI and sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring smooth operations and preventing stock-outs or overstock situations.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and design to ensure product success.
  • Customer Experience: Handle customer reviews, feedback, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image. Stay updated with Amazon policies, algorithms, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience managing products on Amazon.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising tools. Hands-on experience in SEO for Amazon listings, PPC campaign management, and keyword research.
