Job Opportunity: Business Expansion Associate

About the Role:

The Business Expansion Associate will play a vital part in expanding our global client base. This role involves identifying, pursuing, and closing new business-to-business (B2B) clients from English-speaking markets seeking offshore software development services.

This individual will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, and digital platforms.
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies.
  • Understanding client requirements and proposing tailored software development solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.).
  • Coordinating with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations.
  • Managing and closing deals through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Maintaining consistency in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • CRM record-keeping, sales documentation, and reporting.
  • Attending industry webinars, conferences, and networking events to promote our company's offerings.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools.
  • A self-starter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethic.
Nice to Have:
  • Proven track record of winning international clients (especially from US, UK, Canada, or Australia).
  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company.
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and Cloud.
