Job Description:

This role requires someone who can build and maintain partnerships with various brands and businesses, secure sponsorship deals, and engage effectively with CMOs, sustainability teams, CSR teams, and brand managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain partnerships with brands and businesses to join our reward program.
  • Identify and secure sponsorship deals to support Mint Rewards' initiatives.
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners and sponsors.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with CMOs, sustainability teams, CSR teams, and brand managers to promote collaboration and support for our mission.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership and sponsorship agreements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align partnerships with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of partnership and sponsorship activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
