We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting:
    1. Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  2. General Ledger Management:
    1. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate recording and updating of transactions.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing historical data and market trends.
  4. Audit Coordination:
    1. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits, preparing audit schedules and documentation.
  5. Supervision and Training:
    1. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance on accounting principles and company policies.
  6. Tax Compliance:
    1. Ensure timely preparation and filing of tax returns, staying updated on tax regulations and identifying opportunities for tax savings.
  7. Financial Analysis:
    1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Internal Controls:
    1. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets, identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership and team management abilities.

This position requires strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
