Software Development Integration Specialist

Job Overview

As a software development integration specialist, you will play a key role in designing and implementing seamless integrations between disparate systems. Your expertise will enable our clients to streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and make data-driven decisions.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and testing integrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting issues that may arise during the integration process. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation and contributing to the continuous improvement of our integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations between SAP and other systems
  • Test and deploy integration logic, including mapping, interfaces, and APIs
  • Collaborate with senior developers and functional teams to understand integration requirements
  • Monitor integration processes and troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Create technical documentation for integration solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in software development and integration principles. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic knowledge of SAP architecture and modules, especially SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, or SAP Integration Suite
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, ABAP, or similar languages used in integration development
  • Understanding of APIs, including SOAP, REST, and other integration protocols
  • Problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in integration processes
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
