Financial Integrity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to ensure the financial and operational integrity of our hospitality properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring adherence to financial and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement audit strategies to ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular financial and operational audits to ensure accuracy and integrity across our hospitality properties.
  3. Identify risks and recommend improvements to minimize exposure to financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  4. Collaborate with management to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  5. Evaluate hospitality operations to ensure they adhere to our policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  6. Provide strategic recommendations based on audit findings to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
  7. Lead and develop the audit team, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or CFA certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in risk management, internal control assessment, and process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
