We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of user behavior. If Figma is your tool of choice and you're passionate about crafting intuitive, sleek, and user-friendly digital experiences – we want to meet you.

You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to turn ideas into beautiful, functional interfaces that delight users and drive real results. Your mission is to translate complex requirements into clean, elegant designs that make users love our products.

  • Design engaging, user-centric interfaces using Figma – from wireframes to polished UI screens.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to illustrate solutions.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Strong command of Figma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into clear and intuitive interfaces.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A typical day

  • Morning check-in with the product team to align on sprint priorities.
  • Reviewing Figma files and refining designs based on feedback.
  • Jumping on a quick call to collaborate with a developer.
  • Researching competitors or user patterns for an upcoming feature.
  • Creating clickable prototypes for testing a new feature concept.
  • Wrapping up the day by organizing your design files and documenting updates.
