We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a sales manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve branch profitability goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize branch profitability, pursuing new business opportunities through client meetings and presentations, and analyzing market trends to identify areas for improvement and expansion.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and coaching skills, as well as strong sales skills and knowledge of financial markets. You will also need to have a graduate degree in management sciences, finance & accounts, or marketing, and at least 8-10 years of relevant experience.
