As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with technology teams, corporate customers, business partners, and 3rd party vendors/OEMs to provide timely support and service on a 24/7 basis for Public Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, BaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure cloud infrastructure availability according to agreed SLAs.
  2. Complete assigned project tasks and operational tasks within targeted timelines.
  3. Facilitate end-to-end processes and extend support to internal and external audit teams, certification authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  4. Support business solutions, digital services, and commercial teams with pre-sales queries and technical responses related to Cloud Infrastructure.
  5. Identify, prepare, and share regular KPI Reports for Cloud Infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, security, and other key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Certifications: VMWare Based Public & Private Cloud Stack (Mandatory), ISC CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional (Preferred), Red Hat OS / OpenStack / OpenShift (Preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in Cloud Computing, especially VMware-based Public and Private Cloud deployments and operations.
  • Experience in Cloud Managed Services Models, mission-critical infrastructure administration, and management.
  • Experience in Other Cloud Technologies (AWS and Google, etc.) will be preferred.
