Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educator to design, develop, and deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in pharmaceutical practice and related subjects. This role requires the ability to utilize innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools to facilitate student engagement and comprehension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students in pharmaceutical practice and related subjects.
  • Utilize technology-enhanced learning tools to create interactive and immersive learning experiences that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth and development.
  • Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research activities, ensuring adherence to academic standards and guidelines.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement processes to maintain program relevance, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain active involvement in clinical pharmacy practice to ensure the integration of current industry trends into teaching, research, and student placements.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with healthcare institutions to facilitate student placements, internships, and collaborative projects that enhance academic and professional experience.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay abreast of advancements in pharmaceutical sciences, education, and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
  • Significant teaching experience in pharmaceutical practice and related subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  • Proven track record of utilizing innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
