Job Title: Global IT Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our banking-related IT projects globally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to manage complex international projects, develop high-performing teams, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage banking-related IT (software & web) projects globally
  2. Operate in a global environment with diverse stakeholders and teams
  3. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and delivery of results
  4. Identify and assign appropriate resources for all project phases and activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  6. Communicate effectively with international clients, understanding their needs and expectations
  7. Travel to global regional offices and client locations as required

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of core project management experience in the IT industry
  2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  3. Proven track record of managing complex international projects, developing high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with clients
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  5. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .Net Technologies, and related programming languages
