Role Description

  • The PM will be responsible for leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies, with a specific emphasis on utilizing JIRA. This includes overseeing daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborating closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, all managed within the JIRA platform.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and releases using the advanced features of JIRA Agile Project management.
  • Ensuring that project goals are aligned with the overarching business objectives and client requirements.
  • Actively monitoring and reporting on project progress utilizing various reporting tools.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing project issues and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices, with an emphasis on leveraging JIRA for process optimization.
  • Facilitating and encouraging transparent communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Skillfully managing and prioritizing the product backlog, utilizing the full capabilities of the JIRA platform.
