We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Modeler to join our team at Vista Engineering Services. As a BIM modeling expert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed BIM models for construction projects.

Job Description
  • BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models, ensuring they reflect the latest design updates.
  • Documentation: Extract 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, and details) for documentation.
  • Family Management: Create and manage a library of Revit families in line with project standards.
  • Model Updates: Regularly update models based on design revisions and stakeholder feedback.
Data Management
  • Project Data: Input and manage project-specific data within BIM models for analysis and simulation.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project protocols, and industry best practices (e.g., BS EN ISO 19650).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in MEP Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on MEP systems.
  • Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, and other BIM software.
